I've been doing business for many years with Vista print but after this experience I will take my business elsewhere. A totally disgusted customer!!Īpparently Vistaprint is upgrading their templates and design center for their websites but FAILED to tell their customers. When I made changes and published those changes (while they were in the upgrading process which has been going on for months unbeknownst to us), the changes blew up in my face. Changes were lost, the saved website was lost, colors were different, alignment was different, etc. Vistaprint said there was nothing they could do until the upgrade was completed.
